Juan Villegas is an internationally recognized speaker and award-winning author on juvenile delinquency prevention.
Officer Villegas is a father and has been in law enforcement for over 31 years in Southern California. For over 16 years, he has been an instructor for Shortstop, a Juvenile Crime Diversion Program. This program is designed to inform parents on how to prevent juvenile delinquency. Juan is in an excellent position to learn about many of the problems facing today's youth, as well as some of the solutions to those problems.
